The Services required are set out as follows:
• Manage the school’s reception counter and front desk support (e.g. handling enquiries, calls & walk-ins)
• Recording and distribution of mails
• Assist in general administrative and data entry duties (e.g. student early departure, student latecomers record, etc)
• Assist in stationery inventory management
• Assist in keypress management
• Any other duties assigned by the Authority.
