Job Description:

Assist with Sales administration duties eg. ensure proper and complete documentation and filing of resellers distribution agreements, allocation/assignment of SIM cards in CRM, etc.


Assist with Marketing administration duties eg. raising quotations and processing invoices, etc.


Attend to walk-in customers and/or phone enquiries on customer-related matters.


To maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.


To assist in coordinating admin logistics such as issue stationary, and office access (thumbprint registration) etc.


Purchase stationery and pantry supplies, and maintenance of office.


Assists outsource consultant in document preparation for ISO and BIZSafe audit.


Assist board of directors in making travel arrangement, booking and expenses claims.


Oversee the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment.


Any other duties / works as assigned by your reporting superiors.




Requirments


Handling recruitment process from advertising, screening, scheduling, and interviewing potential candidates/interns.


Preparation of HR related letters (e.g., letter of appointment, confirmation, annual increment, promotion etc).


Orientation of new hires and exit clearance.


Ensure timely/ accurate payroll processing and prepare payroll summary reports.


Handle work-pass administration (e.g., application, renewal, cancellations, and updating personal particulars to MOM).


Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR system and Personal File (P-File).


Participate in MOM’s quarterly Labour Market Survey and ad hoc any survey from MOM.


Maintain up-to-date employee handbook.


Assist in administration of company insurances, medical claims etc. through insurance broker.


Assist in training related matters such as enrolment of external courses, update and maintain training records.


Planning and organizing staff welfare and recreational activities.


Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system.


Any other duties / works as assigned by your reporting superiors.
