Tour Consultant/Executive
To handle all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings;
To service the clients after the bookings according to company’s SOP to ensure the required standard of service;
To handle all aspects of the tour operations in accordance of with the company’s SOP so as to facilitate Finance operation and other statistical analysis required;
To follow-up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and practice where next call. Feedback should be organized and relay to product team.
First touch point of customer service, maintain a professional image as a Tour Consultant.
Responsible for customer service and attend to phone/walk-in enquiries
Understand customer’s needs and promote available tour packages clearly
Process booking/reservation and pre-departure administration matters
To build and maintain long-term customer relationship with excellent
Providing excellent service to customers through various channels such as walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms (e.g., Social Media).
Assisting customers with their inquiries, promoting and selling tickets and tour packages.
Handling cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
Undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' /Diploma level qualification.
Applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
Relevant retail sales experience will be advantageous.
Assist in any marketing activities required.
