Customer Retention Specialist (1-Year Contract)
Salary: $3200/month
Hours: 44 hours, 5.5 days work week, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle tourist customers from China & Taiwan
- Open and manage a cafe
- Provide excellent customer service
- Curate weekly email blasts and new marketing campaigns
- Manage online orders and enquiries
- Host walk-in customers and make recommendations
Requirements:
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Independent and steadfast
