Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative/ procurement functions including offices services and supplies, insurance, IT, repair and maintenance, leasing and tenancy renewal, office improvement/renovation work, courier service, etc.
- Maintain filing and documentation system.
- Update Office assets inventory list
- Liaise with vendors for administration/corporate matters.
- Appointment scheduling and coordinate appointments for the team with prospects and clients.
- Handle hotel and flight bookings and itineraries for management team who travel frequently for business.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Relevant experience in office administration, property management, facilities management, and maintenance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the administrative field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
