Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently collect materials from customer locations as per scheduled timelines.
- Verify that collected materials match the collection order and documentation.
- Inspect and verify incoming materials against the delivery orders and relevant documentation.
- Ensure that materials are in good condition upon receipt and promptly report any discrepancies or damage.
- Accurately record the receipt of materials into the inventory system.
- Perform accurate weighing of materials upon collection and receipt to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure materials are correctly labelled after weighing for proper identification and tracking.
- Storing of Materials: Safely store materials in designated locations according to company procedures and safety regulations.
- Cross-check materials against shipping documents to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
- Safely and securely pack materials for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Assist with loading (stuffing) materials into containers or vehicles, ensuring proper handling and weight distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and exterior company perimeters.
- Ensure that work areas are kept safe and hazard-free in compliance with company safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the logistics supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in any study
- At least one year working experience in warehouse environment
- Comfortable for hands on job and work at outdoor environment
- Familiar with MS Office
