Account Servicing /Customer Support

· Manage Appointments with customers and ensure timely follow-up on all customers’ needs including but not limited to make-up trials, gown fittings/alterations, floral arrangements, product/service add on etc

· Respond to all customer emails, messages and calls in a professional and timely manner, and ensure all customer requests are properly documented and acted upon

· Co-ordinate all necessary with internal & external stake holders for the timely deliverables of customers’ package and needs. This includes scheduling of appointments and management of the internal calendar booking slots with corresponding teams from photography, make-up etc to ensure that the product/service sold to customers are well delivered and received by the customers.

· Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly in a professional manner

· Ensure payment & collection schedules are administered well. This includes ensuring timely invoicing and upload of data to the ERP Odoo system.

Admin / Operational Duties

· Maintain a clean and organized showroom by practising good housekeeping standard.

· Inventory management of company assets

· Work closely with management to assist and support with Marketing and Promotional activities. This includes and is not limited to awareness programmes on various social media platforms and participation bridal shows and events where you will work closely with management on the thought concept and execution of the events

· Provide feedback on trends to remain competitive in the market

· Handle all other administrative and operational duties as and when required
