Responsibilities:

  • Under the Marketing Team, you will provide support to existing corporate clients and intermediaries on policy renewal and/or endorsement requests.
  • Provide quotation in accordance with Company’s underwriting guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly premium income report.
  • To assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies.
  • To establish customer benefit services with vendors.
  • Provide customer service to corporate clients on their enquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.
  • Assist the department in planning renewal strategies for corporate clients.
  • Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
  • Ensure clients’ database is well maintained and kept updated at all times.
  • Participate in improvement project or risk survey, if necessary.
  • Other duties that are assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative support experience in the insurance space.
  • BCP, PGI and HI Certificates are required.
  • Good follow up skills.
