- Position : Centre Manager-(Enrichment Centre - Primary/Secondary)-MUST have Supervisor Role
- Location : Bukit Timah Centre
- Working hours : 44 hours, 5 days work week, 4 weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm; 1-weekend: 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4700 + Performance Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefit
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : English Enrichment Centre
Main Responsibilities:
- Provided exceptional customer service to clients, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings
- Managed centre operations including teachers and front desk team
- Handled operations reports as well as meeting of centre KPIs
- Handled multiple service requests simultaneously with accuracy and courtesy
- Lead centre's team to achieving sales targets
- Ensure smooth operation of centres of exceptional quality according to SOP
- Build and manage customer relationships
- Accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment of the centre and ensure that safety protocols are adhered to
- Lead and manage the team
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals
- Able to work independently to resolve problems
