We are currently seeking a Singapore based Business Development Lead focus on SAP Solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Public Cloud to join our team in Singapore.
As an SAP Business Development Lead, the candidate will have responsibility for supporting the EPI-USE team and their objective of driving the identification, development, and capture of opportunities in the SEA region.
The individual should have strong communication skills with the ability to consult effectively with clients and partner community representatives at all levels.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Job Level Specific Duties & Skills:
- Participating in pre-sales meetings with the customer, understanding the customer’s pain points, collecting solution requirements.
- Working with the sales team to identify SAP services, IP and value proposition for SAP opportunities.
- Supporting sales cycles with case studies, development of sales presentations, delivering customer presentations.
- Support in delivering system demonstrations as part of the sales cycle.
- Overseeing any billable assessments, pilots or POCs within the overall sales context.
- Reviewing SAP opportunities with the broader SAP practice to identify differentiators and IP or accelerators from the commercial business that could be reused.
- Participate in demand generation and “account growth” brainstorming workshops and customer specific opportunities.
- Definition of success: growth of pipeline, TCV of sold work.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP related projects, to include:
- Experience with multiple SAP implementation full life-cycle experience
- Senior Project or Program Management experience
- Undergraduate degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP projects
- Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
- Strong client service attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of agile practices such as scrum, and methodologies such as ACTIVATE is strongly desired.
