· Checking & submitting shop drawings to QPS/LTA for approval..
· Preparing MSRA for all work activity to be done at site.
· Monitor, planning & supervise setting up of precast storage yard.
· Monitor & supervise erection of gantry cranes at precast yard.
· Preparing the schedule for production based on site's delivery requirement.
· Checking & maintaining quality of PC production.
· Planning and scheduling of site works for PC installation.
· Monitoring storage space for precast deliveries.
· Checking quality of delivered products before installation
· Directed all necessary day to day Site activities.
