Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese: Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is essential for effective communication with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
- Cultural understanding: Deep understanding of Japanese business culture, customs, and etiquette, enabling successful interactions and negotiations with Japanese companies.
- Sales experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the B2B sector, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 1 or 2 years working experience in office Automation or IT Industry is added advantage.
- Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex business deals and contracts with Japanese clients.
- Self-motivated: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the Japanese market: Prior experience working with Japanese clients or within the Japanese market segment in Malaysia is advantageous.
- Transportation: Must possess own transport.
- Preferred: Female & below 30 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with Japanese companies in Malaysia through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Sales strategy: Devise and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging market insights and understanding of Japanese business culture.
- Client acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese market segment in Malaysia, proactively seeking out potential clients and partnerships.
- Account management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing Japanese clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of services to Japanese clients.
- Market analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the Japanese business community in Malaysia.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
- Sales Activities: Carry out various sales activities for higher sales achievement.
- Relationship: Improve Sales pipelines by maintaining good customer relationship.
- Others: Others duties as require by sales manager as directed from time to time.
