- Provide administrative support for case studies for job(projects) ongoing and/or completed
- Support P&L Leads with managing and keeping their calendars up todate
- Upon request from project leads, responsible for setting up projects (create project job numbers (FMS etc..), new client codes where needed, raising of invoices (generate client invoices, assist in payment recovery including up loading to required client payment portals)
- Generate monthly status reports on invoices raised and pending (aligned with finance through topdown)
- Manage all travel arrangements for the team.
- Arrange team events and meetings
- Update and create meeting presentations and reports as requested
- Complete assignments accurately and within set deadlines
- Update client files to ensure accurate information is maintained
- Tracking and following up on submission of Monthly Reports, Client Cares, CEP Online.
- Maintaining and updating project related information on the system.
- Support and lead the renewal of business licenses, registrations and certifications PSPC (PM01/ QS01)
- Provide adhoc support to the team and business leads where required
- Able to support business generation and marketing teams in putting together bids and proposal
