Job responsibilities:
Coordinating, organising and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings;
Submit & update status of drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress;
Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards;
Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.
Ensure approvals for submitted materials and shop drawings.
Liaise with sub-contractors on works schedule and ensure works are completed in line with overall schedule and quality.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of related working experience in building or construction projects
Good knowledge in architectural coordination works
Good planning skills and proficient in AutoCAD
Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
Able to lead and work independently
