HR CUM ADMIN OFFICER

Applied Total Control Treatment Pte. Ltd.

The HR cum Admin Officer will be responsible for handling both human resource and administrative duties within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.


Human Resource Duties:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding for direct workers
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and welfare initiatives.
  • Manage insurance and benefits administration, including medical claims.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts where necessary.
  • Coordinate BCA Core-trade training & CSOC procedure
  • Updating Training matrix for customer audit
  • Communicate with workers
  • Any other job as assign

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general office support, including hosting of delegates.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in arranging travel, meetings, and company events.
  • Assist in handling staff housing issues
  • Flight booking for direct workers on home leave and repatriation
  • Keep track of uniforms stocks
  • Check stock and replenish cleaning stock for factory
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Infotech HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
