Job Description:
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Job Requirement:
· Min. GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year relevant working experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)
· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)
