The successful candidate will join the Deposits team and will be responsible to grow and service a portfolio of Fixed Deposits customers comprising both personal and corporate customers. He/She is expected to expand the deposit base and to participate actively in the Bank's marketing activities. He/She must be familiar with customer onboarding process including performing required due diligence screening and KYC on the prospective customers and also performing the periodic KYC reviews. He/She is also required to attend to the banking needs of the portfolio of customers on their transactions for all accounts maintained with the Bank and to manage the relationships.
The preferred candidate must satisfy the following requirements:
- Recognized Degree
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate maturity and confidence in handling difficult situations
- Able to work independently and under pressure and tight timelines
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Understanding of the Thai language/Bahasa Indonesia will be a plus
