Job Description:
- Manage the QA and QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems meets the customer quality requirements
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality
- Conduct internal Quality Audits
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Develop, monitor and recommend preventive actions
- Investigate customer complaints and issues
- Assist in drafting QA policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
- Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO 9001, ISO 27001 would be advantageous
