Responsibilities:
1. Provide new and existing customers with the latest promotional offers through social media platforms.
2. Execute the company's sales strategy to increase market share and achieve the sales target set by the company.
3. Answer new/existing customers' enquiries and complain professionally (including social media/telephone calls).
4. Promote the treatment program to increase new/existing customer's visit rate
5. Assist in handling bookings and arranging booking.
6. Assist in handling general paperwork and reports.
Requirements:
1.Degree holder or above
2. 2 year related experience will be an advantage
3. English and Mandarin proficiency
4. Proficient in MS Office application e.g.(PowerPoint, excel, word), WhatsApp, and Chinese Word processing
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills
6. Immediate available is preferable
Salary
Part time S$13/hour
Full time S$$2000-2300/month+Commission based on sales and number of customer she can get
Working hours
10am to 7pm
