- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
- Wash kitchen equipment and assist in equipment replacement as required.
- Keep stewarding area clean and organized.
- Aid in weighing and mixing sourdough bread doughs.
- Clean and arrange bread bannetons.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials and assist in box folding.
- Assist in packing finished products.
- Clean ovens and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in garnishing pies and preparing flatbread sandwiches.
Requirements:
- Must have a hardworking attitude and be keen to learn the craft of sourdough baking.
- We are willing to teach if you are willing to learn and contribute.
- 8-hour shifts.
- Fridays to Sundays.
- Must work at least 2 out of the 3 days.
