Japanese Cake Shop seeks experienced pastry chef.
- Able to decorate using fresh cream, buttercream, fondant, ganache, etc.
- Able to work independently on customised cakes, in a team to push out regular orders.
- Able to create products based on experience or advice from Head Pastry Chef.
- Does not mind baking, making mousse and other products.
Candidates may need to do a short demo to showcase skill level.
6-day-week, 0700-1600 or 1700.
Expected hours: 44 per week
