Job Description:
This is a contract role for an Accounts Administrator (AR & Admin) located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client is one of the Original Design Manufacturers in Singapore and you will be responsible for managing partial sets of accounts and ensuring timely recording of receipts, payments, journal vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes. Additionally, the individual will send out Statements of Accounts (SOA) and follow up on timely payments from customers. Filing hardcopy documents and performing other ad-hoc tasks as required are also part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience/education in relevant field
- IT savvy with good knowledge of MS Office
