We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Finance Manager and invite talented individuals to join us.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the finance team in day-to-day operations, including accounts payable & receivable, payroll and financial reporting.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets in alignment with the institution's strategic goals.
  • Prepare monthly. quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to the management.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support the planning of future academic programs and initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with heads of departments to forecast and optimise resources.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Manage cash flow and optimise financial operations to support the institution's growth.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the President.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant).
  • 5 years of progressive financial management experience, within an international private education setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Strong business acumen, financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
