Position: HR cum Accounts Executive
Location: Tiong bahru
Working Hours: 5 days work, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all the onboarding/offboarding processes, paperwork for policies and procedures
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Foreign worker medical insurance, security bond and etc.
- Manage and assist the full recruitment processes
- Assist Accounts department in HR and Administrative duties.
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting software.
- Prepare Invoices, Payments and receipts in a timely manner
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis (including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation)
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process
- Participate in audits and help prepare necessary documentation
- Enter financial data into the company's SAP Accounting System
- Assist in handling Quarterly GST reporting and submission and other IRAS submissions: ECI and Tax computation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement
- Min Diploma Human Resource Management or equivalent / Accounting, finance related
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
- Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
- Able to commence within short notice
