Position Overview:
A Logistic Executive in a warehouse setting plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the efficient flow of goods, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. This position requires flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as needed to meet the demands of the logistics and supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Warehouse Operations:
- Manage and coordinate various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
2.Loading and Unloading:
- Perform and supervise loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling, stacking, and securing of products to prevent damage and ensure safety.
3.Inventory Control:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the management.
4.Order Fulfillment:
- Efficiently process customer orders, including picking products, packing them securely, and arranging for timely shipments.
5.Quality Control:
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and report any issues or damages immediately.
6.Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
7.Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure that warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, are well-maintained and report any equipment issues for repair.
8.Safety and Compliance:

9.Weekend, Public Holiday, and Night Shift Work:

Qualifications:
