Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the operations of our fashion store and online shop. This position not only requires exceptional leadership skills to manage both in-store teams and online platforms, but also offers the potential for outstanding candidates to develop into partners within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the physical store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising.
- Manage the operation and promotion of the online shop, implementing effective marketing strategies to maximize sales and market reach.
- Monitor and optimize performance across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product presentation and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Build strong customer relationships, professionally handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the fashion retail industry in China.
- Fluent in Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Chinese supply channels and the ability to integrate resources effectively.
- Understanding of online shop operations and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Overtime starts after 7 PM)
