Job Description - Human Resource Generalist/Executive - Singapore Office [New Startup]


  • Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Handle a full spectrum of human resource activities, including payroll, recruitment, retention, resignation, employee benefits, training development and performance.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies such as MOM, IRAS etc for any requirement matters and staff yearly taxation submission.
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels.
  • Design and overseas impactful training programs that foster employee growth and career advancement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering open communication, strong employee relations, and high engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR regulations and company policies.
  • Manage employee records and systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership and various departments to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Write reports.

Skills/Requirements

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
  • Proficiency with HR management tools, such as HRM software
  • Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong understanding in HR compliance and best practice.
  • Excellent business communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to challenges, ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Any ad-hoc task as and when required inclusive of administration job.
  • At least Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resource management
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and self-starter sufficient.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, excel, word, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Growth with the Company objectives
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
