Job Description & Requirements
The Ballet Academy (TBA) is looking for qualified experienced teachers who possess a strong motviation to coach and develop teachers. He/she should also demonstrate passionate and committed in developing students’ interest and skills in dance and nurturing them holistically to reach their full potential as dancers.
RAD teaching certificate in ballet and/or its equivalent
- At least 4 years of teaching experience
- Demonstrate strong motivation to coach and develop fellow teachers
- Have good people skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to plan and execute engaging and effective lessons
- Ability to teach other dance genres would be a bonus
- Possess good work ethics, attitude, and a growth mindset with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Strong and effective communicator
- Able to choreograph dance items
