Job Overview:
Dunlin Immigration is seeking experienced and motivated Senior Immigration Sales Consultants to join our sales team. This role focuses on selling immigration services to expatriates who are interested in applying for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR). While prior experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment. The position offers a competitive basic salary combined with a lucrative high-commission structure, providing substantial earning potential for top performers.
As a Senior Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, educating them about the Singapore PR process, and converting leads into successful consultations. In addition to sales, you will be expected to mentor and support junior members of the team, ensuring the department achieves its targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage expatriates who are interested in applying for Singapore PR and explain the benefits of our services.
- Conduct consultations and guide clients through the Singapore PR application process.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales associates, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed on current immigration policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
