Job Overview:

Dunlin Immigration is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Telemarketer to lead and contribute to our growing telemarketing team. This role focuses on reaching out to expatriates interested in applying for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR). While prior experience is not necessary, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work towards achieving sales targets. The position offers a basic salary along with an attractive commission structure.

As a Senior Telemarketer, you will play a key role in driving sales and converting leads, while also mentoring junior team members. This is a great opportunity to enhance your sales skills and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound telemarketing efforts, contacting expatriates interested in applying for Singapore PR.
  • Explain the Singapore PR process and the advantages it offers to potential applicants.
  • Engage and build strong rapport with potential clients over the phone.
  • Provide expert guidance to expatriates on the necessary steps to apply for PR.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain up-to-date client information.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets and support the team in achieving overall goals.
  • Mentor junior telemarketers, offering guidance and support to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • While no prior experience is required, previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
