Responsibilities:
- Must have good knowledge in General Admin Duties, Filing of Documents.
- Must be good in Co-ordination and provide Administrative Support to Account team.
- Must be good in Data Entry and Filing documents for the year end auditing submission.
- Must have good knowledge in Procurement processes, Inventory Management.
- Must Manages and presents report for daily and weekly status of team to appropriate levels of management.
- Must be strong in Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts & procedures.
- Must be strong in English, responding to incoming Email and Phone Enquiries
- Must be strong in Programming MS Office... (C++, Java is an additional)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS office application
- Able to work independently with min supervision
- 5 1/2 days work a week
- Good team player
- Positive attitude
