Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expand IMC Advisory Services' business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
· Generate business growth by developing new leads and contacts through various channels, including online research, networking tools, and referrals.
· Identify and thoroughly research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
· Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's services and target market to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
· Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and proactively develop strategies to stay ahead.
· Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges.
· Skillfully negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
· Maintain an updated prospective client database for effective pipeline management.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
· Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
· Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up and proactive support.
Key Competencies Required:
· Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B development, preferably within the financial services sector.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling identification and capitalization of business opportunities.
· Commercially savvy individual with excellent communication skills.
· Self-driven and adept at working independently, taking ownership of projects and targets.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve collective business goals.
