Singapore Insurance Company - Administration Manager
We are seeking an organized, meticulous and proactive Admin Executive for the client, an established company in the insurance industry.
The Admin Executive will assist in administrative duties such as document management and accounting-related tasks.
Office Location: Woodlands
Working Hours:
5days /9am - 6pm (two days OT, after hour event)
Time paid back with be arranged by the company
Gross Salary: S$2500 - 3200
Responsibilities include:
• Day-to-day office administrative management
• Organization and maintenance of records, databases, and ensure filing systems are categorized for easy access to information.
• Keep track of the schedule and make necessary follow-ups.
• Ad-hoc duties when required.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
• Event management and logistical coordination
Requirements:
• Prior experience in office management will be an advantage
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and attention to detail with accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Able to commit 2 days in a month to afterhours events coordination.
