Join a dynamic team as a Vending Sales Assistant, where you will be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining vending machines, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Position: Vending Sales Assistant
- Industry: F&B Vending Services
- Employment Type: 1-year contract (Convertible)
- Office Location: Tuas, Singapore (Work Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Remuneration: Basic ($2,000) + Mobile Allowance ($40) + Meal Allowance ($50) + Commissions (Average gross $3,000 - $3,500 per month)
- Bonus: 1-Month Completion Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximize Sales: Ensure sales revenue and profitability by managing vending machines across assigned routes.
- Replenishment: Regularly stock and refill vending machines according to product planograms and price lists.
- Maintenance: Keep machines clean, functional, and perform minor repairs if needed.
- Cash Handling: Collect and record cash from vending machines, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to address any issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Route Coverage: Manage daily vending route schedules and explore new machine placement opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide daily updates through handheld units and liaise with supervisors on operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Driving License: Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license, and be comfortable driving the company-provided van to service vending locations.
- Skills: Basic electrical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry medium weights up to 10kg.
- Candidate Preference: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
