Job Description:
- Oversee all production operations, ensuring timely availability for both local and international markets.
- Lead product development initiatives, including limited releases and white-label projects.
- Collaborate with sales to meet order demands and ensure all raw materials are stocked efficiently.
- Coordinate with finance to manage inventory payments and lead times.
- Manage customs processes, staffing, and recruitment for the distillery.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, and optimal operations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, contributing to team building and HR development.
Requirements:
- Min 3 -4 years of experience in distilling/brewing or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications or educational background.
- A culinary background is advantageous.

Working Hour: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Location: Orchard
Salary: $5500 - 7000
