- Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- The position requires close collaboration with functional and operational managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business needs, as well as assessing future workforce requirements and recommending adjustments to HR programs.
- In addition, the role includes managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and compliant employee payments, and driving strategic HR initiatives that may impact overall organizational performance.
- Strong leadership in recruitment management and policy development is essential, along with the ability to integrate day-to-day HR functions with long-term strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 5+ years of HR leading experiences
- Prior work experience in chemical manufacturing industry will be plus point
- Short notice period is a plus
