- Focus on Advertising, Marketing & Promotions
- Support with the planning and execution of airport-wide marketing campaigns and promotions (such as Christmas Shopping Promotions, Collectibles, Travellers Promotions) with the objective of driving concession sales.
- Support the planning and execution of in-airport advertising and publicity assets including getting approval from internal stakeholders, overseeing adaptations and liaison with our production partners.
- Plan, develop and implement social media and digital contents that are inline with brand/campaign messaging to maximise visibility and publicity.
- Manage premiums redemption and event manpower.
- Liaise with tenants and partners on promotional deals and assets.
- Manager customer feedback pertaining to airport-wide campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in marketing expenditure tracking and processing.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Assist in other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism
- Must possess 2 - 3 years of working experience in Marketing role
- May be required to work on weekends during special marketing campaigns/events, but time off will be given
- Creative and meticulous individual with great initiative and a positive attitude
- Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership
- Able to manage stress and challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel is required
- Knowledge of design know-how and skillsets in photo editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus
