Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases using design techniques.
- Review test scenarios and create Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure traceability to each requirement.
- Monitor the progress of test execution to meet testing timeline.
- Create and track defects in JIRA until they are closed.
- Create a Test Summary Report and get it signed by stakeholders.
Skills /Competencies:
Experience in Functional testing, Automation Testing
- Experience in developing Automation scripts
- Knowledge on Selenium with Java
- Complete end to end Knowledge on Quality Assurance Life Cycle
- Experience on Testing, QA process, Defect Life Cycle, Reporting & Metrics
- Experience or exposure in Agile methodology and Complete end to end Knowledge on Quality Assurance Life Cycle
- Experience in API testing
- Experience in working with Selenium IDE and Selenium Web Driver using TestNG java framework for at least 3 years.
- API Testing and automation using Rest Assured for at least 1-2 years.
- Experience in developing a framework using a design pattern - Page Object Model
- Working knowledge in Agile methodology
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Mobile automation knowledge is good to have.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
