Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company's annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Review and manage operational costs and margins to optimize profitability.
- Implement cost control measures to improve efficiency in financial operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Lead the consolidation process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualifications like CPA/CFA is preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position in the automotive or trading industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and automotive/trading industry dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
