Job Description:
* Responsible for translating patients' medical diagnoses, operations and procedures into codes, using the International coding classification system which record patients' health care data.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of coding and be responsible for own workload.
Requirements:
* Min Diploma in Nursing / Paramedical / Health Science or related field
* Clinical experience in an acute ward settings or related field
