Our client is a global MNC. They are looking for a Product and Leasing Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East– easily accessible.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with management to align product strategies with business goals.
- Lead initiatives to drive portfolio growth and achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure smooth product execution and efficiency with stakeholders.
- Update guidelines to support growth while balancing risk and reward.
- Drive digitization efforts and adopt best practices.
- Expand networks and channels to increase brand awareness.
- Develop marketing materials to target key segments and boost acquisition.
- Engage partners, SMEs, and manage referral programs for new opportunities.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to guide strategy.
- Provide training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Any ad-hoc duty
Requirement
- Min Diploma or Degree in business
- Min 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Institution
- Knowledge and Experience in ARP, commercial lending, leasing or trade products.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Salesforce,
- Experience in BI tools/Analytical software will be added bonus
