Responsibilities:
Work with Designers and Project Managers to visualize design concepts through computer-rendered images which will be used both for the internal design process and client presentations.
- 3D Visualization, 3D Rendering, 3D Animation, 3D Studio Max, 3D, Project Management, Rendering, Residential Design, design concept, Architectural Drafting, Client Presentation, AutoCAD, Team Player, Tender Management, Tendering, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
- Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design delivery.
- Day to day responsibility for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation.
- Preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications.
- Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval.
- Update and check drawings for accuracy as necessary.
- Reviews and/or develops specifications.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Relevant and appropriate experience in senior design roles within reputable design firms.
- Experience with workplace interiors.
- Experience with FF&E.
- Experience with interior design specifications.
- Relevant Design and build project experience.
- Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite.
- Advantageous to be proficient in 3D Studio Max.
Qualification, Education & Experience
- Relevant Diploma or degree in Interior Design/ Architecture, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, & Autocad.
- Good Design sense, creative and can do basic detailing.
- Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and conscientious team player.
