A global MNC insurance company is looking for a Learning & Development/HR Executive to join their team. This is a permanent role that will support the company's expansion.
Your new role
HR Operations
1. Employee Lifecycle Support:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Manage corporate accounts for new staff and resignees
- Assist HR Manager in administering staff claims (overtime, team bonding, professional membership, etc.)
2. HR Operations:
- Maintain and respond to HR mailbox enquiries
- Prepare and submit HR reports
- Provide support for various HR projects and tasks as assigned
3. Staff Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing staff engagement activities
- Promote a positive work environment and employee experience
Well-being employee engagement
1. Staff Surveys:
- Collaborate with Head of HR to design and administer regular staff surveys
- Analyse staff expectations, well-being, and satisfaction levels
2. Action Planning:
- Assist in developing action plans based on survey results
- Implement initiatives to enhance staff well-being and engagement
3. Diversity and Inclusion:
- Assess and enhance diversity and inclusion policies
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect
Learning and Development
1. Training Initiatives:
- Design and implement learning and development training programs to enhance staff skills and development
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training objectives
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities
- Work with subject-matter experts to develop training content
3. Training Administration:
- Coordinate training programs (new staff induction, in-house, external)
- Maintain training records for audit inspection
4. Succession Planning:
- Assist in organization-wide succession planning
- Identify and develop future leaders
What you will need to succeed
- HR Background: A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, specialising in generalist and learning and administrative functions.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills. Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-starting approach
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a flexible mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office), with strong technical skills, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and delivering effective presentations
