Responsibilities
- Conduct survey setting out, as-built survey and settlement monitoring for civil & building work
- Lead and support cadastral survey systems
- Conduct regular review of processes and rules for cadastral survey
- Execute and maintain technical standards and guidelines for cadastral survey as per SISV accredited standard
- Perform levelling, traversing, setting-out point, survey data collecting, layout, map and field of topographic surveying, boundary surveys, and etc
- Manage and plan the land surveying work schedule to ensure all drawings are accurately surveyed and to be utilized by construction project team
- Establish monitoring procedures that provided sufficient information on structural stability of structures subjected to horizontal and vertical movements
- Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records
- Maintain surveying equipment in good condition and ensure regular calibration of surveying equipment
- Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing, setting out and as-built survey for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP)
Requirements
- Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by SISV
- At least 5 years of site experience in building surveying and setting out works, preferably in building project
- Local knowledge in cadastral survey practices
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
