Major Duties and Responsibilities
The Manager, Corporate Planning will provide secretariat support to CEO and C-Suites in organising and managing Senior Management Meetings, Strategic Retreats and Events. He/She will contribute to the design and implementation of strategic planning and work planning processes for the Organisation. He/She will play an important role in cascading Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators across departments in alignment to our Strategic Priorities and Performance Management Framework. The incumbant will also assist in the review and redesign of corporate governance structures and policies to support the achievement of our Strategic Priorities and Key Result Areas.
Job Requirements
Education, Training and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Arts & Social Science or Public Health related disciplines.
- Experience minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate Services, Strategic Planning, Policies, Events Management or Project Management.
