Key duties and responsibilities:
- To Lead a team of Quality team by coordinating and directing all aspects of laboratory development, staff training, testing, and ongoing operational support.
- To Maintaining quality policies and procedures of the company, monitoring their implementation and development periodically, and adhering to the laws and regulations in force.
- To keep abreast of current legislation, guidelines and other regulatory matters, and important role as giving advice to the application, operation and commercial team on how best to interpret and meet the rules
Required Skills:
- Min Diploma in related field. Fragrance experience will be highly advantageous.
- Logical and efficient with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience in total quality management in perfume, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
- Operational experience and strong affinity on laboratory system, analytical equipment
