Working Location / Hour : Fort Canning MRT (Downtown line - walking distant) / 8.45am to 5.45pm (Mon - Fri)
Remunerations : Up to $4,000 + 13 mths Aws + 1.5 mths - 2 mths V.Bonus + yearly increment + oversea and flexi benefit + permanent staff benefit

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Accounts Receivable (AR) postings & receipts, process chasers / demand letters for long overdue ARs.
- Check & reconcile Project Progress Claims & Final Accounts against SAP AR records, and Clients’ statement of Accounts, and regular follow-up on collections from main contractors.
- Prepare monthly AR Aging report and Proposal of Provision for doubtful debts.
- Support in maintaining strong internal controls within the Financial Cycle - Inventory & Cash Receipts areas.
- Support month-end closing.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audit and filing of audited accounts with ACRA.
- Liaise with company auditors and bankers.
- Handle special projects, credit control and cash flow management.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks, analysis and management reports as assigned by the Management of the company.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or any related discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of full set AR working experience
- Familiar with SAP system and can work in a fast pace environment
- Applicants from construction, retail or F&B industry who are able to handle volume transaction plus point
