Project Admin/ Admin Coordinator

Job Descriptions :
- Manage, keep record and update all submissions/documents to authorities
- Liaise internally with Design & Site team
- Submission of weekly progress reports, monthly claims, invoices and VO
- To prepare quotations, source for sub-con, suppliers and process purchases of materials
- Ensure that all project documentation is properly filed and organised, readily accessible for the management
- As hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels

- ⁠At least 1 year of experience in construction trade or relevant

- ⁠Good inter-personal skills with multi tasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

- Need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and vendors. Knowledge of Mandarin dialects is essential.

- All Nationality Welcome

- 5.5 days week
