Job Responsibilities
· Lead, Manage and Coordinate projects between Business, Operations and IT
· Create necessary documentations such as training materials, user manuals, test plans, schedule, proposal documents, contracts, etc.
· Conduct training, presentations, discussions and organise milestone meetings, debriefs and project status updates.
· Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, conduct research and manage risks assessments.
· Meet necessary support SLAs and expectations
· Deployment of projects locally and globally together with global business teams, where necessary
· To perform change and problem management
Qualifications
· Min 3 years experience in IT industry
· Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
· Hardware & Software knowledge
· IT Project Management experience preferred
