You will provide administrative support to HR Recruiters in resourcing to ensure departments' manpower needs are met. You will provide timely and quality support in the recruitment of new hires and accurate update of contract renewals and other changes in staff' employment terms in HRIS. You will also prepare timely recruitment reports and involve in any resourcing related projects as assigned.
Job requirements
- Fresh diploma are welcomed to apply
- Relevant recruitment experience and knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Effective organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Excel and Words.
- Experience in using SuccessFactor will be an advantage.
